Welcome to Excellent Choice Passengers Transport By Rented Buses L.L.C ("Excellent Choice Transport", "we", "our", or "us"). By booking or utilizing our commercial transport and bus rental services in Dubai and throughout the UAE, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these operational terms and conditions.

These legal standards govern all daily charters, employee shift contracts, school excursions, and airport transfers. For full fleet technical specifications prior to reservation, please consult our commercial fleet catalog or contact our booking specialists directly.

1. Service Booking and Quotation Terms and Conditions

All charter reservations initiated through our online quotation forms, phone lines, email desks, or WhatsApp channels are subject to vehicle availability and written acceptance. A passenger transport reservation is considered confirmed only upon issuance of an official booking confirmation voucher, formal service agreement, or deposit receipt.

• Quotations remain valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.
• Clients must provide exact pickup locations, drop-off destinations, scheduled shift timings, and passenger counts during initial inquiry.
• Any modifications to agreed route manifests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to trip departure.

2. Pricing, Fuel, and Payment Terms and Conditions

Our pricing framework is built on complete transparency with zero hidden surcharges:

• Standard Charters: Day-trip rates include a licensed commercial chauffeur, comprehensive passenger insurance, and fuel within Dubai city borders.
• Tolls & Parking: Salik toll gates, designated airport parking tariffs, and private venue access fees are billed at actual cost unless bundled into an all-inclusive corporate package.
• Payment Schedule: Full payment for private event and short-term rentals must be cleared prior to vehicle dispatch. Monthly and annual corporate contracts follow agreed invoicing schedules.

3. Passenger Conduct and Safety Terms and Conditions

Passenger safety is our highest operational commitment. All passengers must strictly follow transport safety protocols established by Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA):

• Passengers must remain seated and wear individual safety belts at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
• Smoking, vaping, consumption of alcohol, and illicit substances are strictly prohibited inside all commercial passenger buses.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring passengers maintain cleanliness. Negligent damage, seat upholstery tears, or excessive littering will incur professional sanitization and repair charges.

4. Cancellation and Refund Terms and Conditions

Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing to our dispatch office. Refund calculations adhere to the following notice thresholds:

• Advance Notice (72+ Hours): Eligible for a full refund minus administrative processing fees or transferable credit toward future bookings.
• Notice Within 24 to 48 Hours: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover assigned driver scheduling and vehicle holding costs.
• Short Notice / No-Show (Under 24 Hours): Non-refundable, and the full charter fee will be retained.

5. Delays, Traffic, and Force Majeure

Our dispatch control center utilizes real-time GPS navigation to guarantee prompt arrival. However, Excellent Choice Transport shall not be held liable for unavoidable transit delays resulting from severe traffic congestion, bridge closures, severe weather storms, road accidents, or unforeseen force majeure events beyond reasonable commercial control.

6. Luggage and Lost Property

Passengers are individually responsible for their luggage and valuable personal effects. While our chauffeurs exercise diligence during luggage loading and unloading, Excellent Choice Transport accepts no liability for lost, forgotten, or damaged items left inside vehicles after service completion.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are executed under and interpreted in strict accordance with the commercial laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Legislation of the United Arab Emirates.
