Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Excellent Choice Passengers Transport By Rented Buses L.L.C ("Excellent Choice Transport", "we", "our", or "us"). By booking or using our passenger transport and bus rental services in Dubai and across the UAE, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made via our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving an official confirmation email, invoice, or booking agreement from our team.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Rates quoted are based on specified routes, duration, vehicle type, and passenger count.
• Payments must be made as per agreed terms prior to service commencement unless corporate credit terms have been pre-arranged.
• Toll charges (Salik), fuel, and driver fees are included as specified in your agreement. Any extra stops or extensions may incur additional charges.

3. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Safety

To ensure safety and compliance with UAE Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) regulations:

• Passengers must follow driver instructions and wear seatbelts at all times where equipped.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
• Passengers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness. Excessive littering or vehicle damage caused by negligence will result in cleaning or repair fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on notice duration:

• Advance Cancellation: Cancellations made within the agreed advance notice period are eligible for full or partial refunds according to booking terms.
• Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made at short notice or failure of passengers to arrive at scheduled times may incur full rental charges.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

We make every effort to adhere to scheduled pickup and drop-off times. However, Excellent Choice Transport shall not be held liable for delays caused by heavy traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, accidents, or force majeure events beyond our control.

6. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. While our drivers exercise care, Excellent Choice Transport is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside vehicles during or after the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
